Ingredients |
6 Hard-Boiled Eggs 3 Tbs. Sweet Sherry Mustard 3 Tbs. Mayonnaise 3 Tbs. Pickle Relish Megan's Pantry Seasoning Salt to taste |
Directions |
Crack and peel eggs. Cut in half and scoop yolks out. Use a fork to mix the Sweet Sherry Mustard, mayonnaise, relish, seasoning salt, and egg yolks into a firm paste.
Stuff back into egg whites and sprinkle paprika on the top for color, and garnish with parsley.
Serve as an appetizer. |
