Ingredients |
9 cups Chex Cereal
1/4 cup butter
1 pkg (6oz.) chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
Directions |
Microwave chips, peanut butter and butter for 1 minute on high. Stir, microwave about 30 second more, until smooth. Add vanilla.
Pour over cereal in a large bowl and stir. Pour into a large ziploc bag, add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake.
Spread evenly on wax paper to cool. |
