Ingredients |
1 pkg. Billy T Mesquite Fajita Seasoning 6 oz. water 6 oz. vegetable oil 1-1/2 pounds chicken strips bell pepper onion flour toritlla tomatoes cheddar cheese |
Directions |
Mix Fajita Seasoning with 6 ounces water and 6 ounces vegetable oil.
Add up to 1-1/2 pounds of chicken strips. Marinate for 8 hours or longer, depending on the flavor desired.
Fry quickly in a small amount of oil with bell pepper & onion.
Serve in a flour tortilla, garnished with tomatoes & cheddar cheese. |
