Race with the Animals

An amusing relay race that’s fun for everyone!

Divide the kids into teams.

The kids will work in pairs to rescue animals. Give each pair with a stuffed animal – hippo, lion, zebra, giraffe, monkey etc. Standing back to back with the animal in between their backs, have the first pair on each team walk to the finish line, "Madagascar". Then drop their animal at the finish line and run back to their team to let the next pair take their turn.

If the animal drops, they will need pick it up and continue (or start again – you make the rules).
The first team to get all of their animals to “Madagascar” wins.
